I am curious, creative, and sincere in my approach to therapy and goal setting. I do not just sit and nod my head at you. I have a passion for helping people find the way back to themselves, after self-abandonment and sometimes a lifetime of people-pleasing behaviors. My background and training originate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I use a combination of modalities that best suite you. LGBTQ+ aligned and kink-positive.
