I specialize in helping people work through childhood trauma, along with current day issues - workplace stress, anxiety, infertility, divorce and grief. I tend to be an "in the trenches" therapist - highly empathic, listening and responding. I use EMDR therapy and Somatic Experiencing tools when that could be a useful approach to resolve areas in which you feel triggered or anxious.
