I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, families, and elderly populations in various settings (school-based, hospital, long-term care). I guide clients toward healing through a holistic approach that integrates mind and body wellness. Drawing from trauma-focused treatment modalities and mindfulness practices, I help individuals build resilience, regain balance, and navigate life’s challenges. I provide a supportive space for clients as they work through life’s waves. Healing is a journey, and my goal is to help you strengthen your foundation so you can move forward with clarity and purpose. I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending traditional methods with mindfulness and holistic healing. Specializing in toxic stress, trauma, parenting, and grief/loss, I use cognitive behavioral techniques and brain science to guide treatment. Ultimately, the healing journey is client-centered, allowing for an aligned personalized approach.
