I work with adult women at all ages and stages of life. I enjoy helping younger women find their footing, confidence, and voice, and supporting those balancing the demands of family, marriage, work, and aging parents. For women redefining themselves as children grow independent, therapy becomes a space to rediscover purpose, strengthen boundaries, and cultivate self-compassion and empowerment.
