I am a Limited License Mental Health Counselor supervised by Kency Legg, LMHC. I obtained Master's in Mental Health Counseling from University of North Carolina. I am passionate about using somatic experiencing, psychobiology, neuroscience, and evolutionary biology to help her clients feel safe enough in their bodies to be able to integrate the lessons they learn in session as well as allow them to reconnect with the intuition and strengths that have always existed inside of them.
