My ideal client has a problem that they may not know how to solve. They can have a range of issues including occupational distress, wellness coaching, relationship discord, and/or emotional rationalization. The ideal client would want to establish a clear understanding of the current situation, identify clear goals or transitional plans, and clear steps towards achieving their goals. I also believe that the ideal client would want sincerity, science based psychoeducation, and to feel honored in the therapeutic alliance.
