I have helped individuals and couples for over 30 years in my private practice and outpatient mental health clinics who feel stuck, unclear or overwhelmed by the problems and issues they face. I utilize mind-body approaches to help individuals and couples access clearer emotions, deeper expression, healing and growth. I have helped clients dealing with issues of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. I see my job as helping my clients come to terms with where they are, to help them find solutions, and then support and encourage them as they take their next steps forward in their healing.
