Since 2000, I have been working with adolescents, families, as well as individual therapy. I have extensive experience working with people navigating challenging relationships in their personal life as well as the workplace setting. My focus in counseling extends to issues related to anxiety and depression, adjustment difficulties, couples distress, and stage of life transitions. In my free time I enjoy coaching sports, lifting weights, hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time with his family.
