I specialize in working with adult persons with perfectionism, anxiety, trauma, and additionally, men’s issues. Therapy offers space to slow down and reconnect—with curiosity and compassion—so you feel more whole and grounded. I blend lived experience with clinical insight, grounding the work in how we’re wired, how we adapt, and how we heal. The core of my approach is a belief in change: in the possibility for lasting shifts.
