I work with adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, identity issues, and performance-related stress. I welcome and value clients from all racial and cultural backgrounds, but especially BIPOC. I am particularly passionate about understanding and addressing issues related to race, religion, sexuality, socioeconomic status, gender, and consensual non-monogamous (CNM) relationships. My practice also extends to working with clients involved in sport and performance, helping them build mental resilience and optimize their performance in all types of performance settings.
