My counseling philosophy is rooted in developing a strong therapeutic alliance. I love creative and narrative based approaches, but I fully believe every client is different and deserves a unique approach. My experience includes a broad range of issues: depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD and other behavioral problems of childhood, (pre)marital counseling, anger management, abuse, and other major life stressors that may arise.
