Thank you for your interest in my psychotherapy practice. I help individuals & couples recovering from trauma, with life enhancement & performance enhancement - personally, in their professional lives, and all manner of relationships. These skills are also tailored to job performance enhancement/executive coaching, with stellar results for past clients. I offer couples therapy, that includes relationship repair, help with improving emotional regulation skills, finding common ground, & overall mental & emotional health. We move beyond these foundational aspects to even higher levels of functioning. I am a published author, have my own registered modality - Characterological Based Strength Training - CBST - combining somatic therapy with structural body work. In addition, I have extensive training and certifications in Gestalt Therapy, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Addictions Counseling, Personal Fitness Training and Reiki.
