I am a Vietnamese and English-speaking psychotherapist with over 17 years of clinical experiences. I have a passion to promote the integration of individual, family and community healing. My lifelong goal of being a therapist is to provide support to those struggling with different life challenges, such as managing stress, finding work-life balance, or processing personal or generational trauma. I help individuals find their intrinsic motivation to emotionally heal and experience personal growth. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, be acknowledged, given validation, and be understood.
