I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a unique understanding and passion for helping individuals and couples address their unique challenges and find healthy perceptions of themselves. I do this by realizing and capitalizing on my clients' personal strengths, to increase healthy coping skills and overall life fulfillment. I have 4 years of experience and specialize in substance use, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I know that no singular approach is appropriate for every individual, so I have been trained in a range of modalities including Rogerian, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), positive therapy, and strength-based therapies.
