I work with teens, emerging adults, couples, and families who feel trapped, helpless, and saturated by today's life stressors. I am passionate about helping clients rediscover the aspects they feel have been disconnected from. Rebuild relationships and friendships where clients can feel more connected to their loved ones, and both parties are giving and receiving. I also work with athletes to support them in navigating the mental and emotional pressures that come with being a teammate and a leader. My goal is to help clients build confidence, manage stress, and change their mindsets to compete at the next level. Implementing CBT and DBT skills will help clients notice their negative feedback loop patterns and minimize moments of distress.
