Are you someone who feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck and is trying their best to overcome these feelings? My own journey as a collegiate track athlete taught me the importance of having a place to feel safe and be met with unconditional positive regard. I try my best to help those that may be navigating anxiety, performance anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, or feeling uncertain about who they are or where they’re headed in life. I help clients navigate how to enjoy everyday moments again, feel more in control of their emotions, and understand themselves with greater compassion to become the best version of themselves.
