Hello and welcome! I'm Tiara, a holistic-based Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Supervisor, a Certified EMDR therapist, and owner of Healing Essence Counseling & Wellness. Through a systemic trauma lens I prioritize whole-person wellness in helping people to shed limiting beliefs, realign their mind, body, & intuition, and embody a more authentic version of themselves. Addressing the mind-body connection as a focal point of our therapeutic process, I’ll provide you with tools to help you meet your therapeutic wellness goals and create the life you desire. I utilize an integrative apporach including EMDR therapy, holistic wellness principles, trauma-informed CBT, somatic work, and systemic trauma vortex model to address a number of concerns to include limiting beliefs, anxiety, trauma & loss. Services are attuned to meet the specific needs of the individual.
