Tierney graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Tierney has been working in Mental Health in a variety of settings including private practice, inpatient/PHP/IOP, University Counseling Centers, and short-term virtual mental health programming. Tierney as a practitioner sees herself as passionate about the patient/therapist alliance.
