Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying heavy feelings, navigating change, or trying to make sense of experiences that have shaped you. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood—without judgment and without pressure. I believe that every person is the expert of their own story, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, build coping skills, and move toward the version of yourself you want to become. I work with teens and adults (13+) through a trauma-informed lens, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Structural Family Therapy.
