I am a warm, supportive, and enthusiastic therapist ready to help you heal and overcome your challenges. I have extensive experience helping couples with various issues in all stages of life. Issues include concerns about commitment, communication, trust, intimacy, sex, mental/physical illness, parenting, infidelity, infertility, grief/loss, etc. I also love helping individuals who are struggling with any moods, behaviors, or thoughts that are a burden and difficult to manage alone.
