Hello, I'm Tiffany, a registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, San Diego native, and daughter of immigrants who brings her whole self into the counseling room, setting the scene for you to bring your whole self as well. I bring a warm, person-centered approach to therapy, working through a trauma-informed lens to create a space where clients feel seen, safe, and supported.
