I work with adults who appear calm, capable, and put-together on the outside, while internally overthinking, replaying conversations, and carrying a constant pressure to get things right. Many have learned to adapt, mask, or manage themselves to meet expectations, often apologizing when they don’t need to and putting others first. They long for peace, clarity, and permission to be themselves without feeling “too much” or “not enough.” I believe you are the expert on your own life.
