Are you looking to make some changes in your life and set some new goals? Are you struggling to keep up with life's demands? I have my Master and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University (California) and degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I also have a Perinatal Mental Health Certificate (PMH-C). I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2006. I use an integrative modality approach. I primarily focus on the family as a system for effective and long-term change. I encourage family members to be a part of the therapy process. I have worked in a variety of private practice settings with families, couples, and individuals dealing with issues such as depression, suicidality, anxiety, bipolar, couple’s issues, divorce, women’s issues, adjustment, anger management, ADHD, and parenting issues. I have a focus perinatal mental health dealing with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
