I create a welcoming and culturally grounded therapeutic space where clients, particularly Black women and men, can explore their stories, values, and emotional landscapes with care and intention. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Psychodynamic techniques to support adolescents and adults. Whether unpacking childhood experiences, navigating cultural identity, or building strategies to manage anger, trauma, or PTSD, my work is rooted in inclusion, liberation, and cultural competency.
