Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, shame, perfectionism, and intimacy. My work with individuals centers on self-examination, cultivating present awareness, resourcing, and exploring interpersonal dynamics. My work with couples and intimate partnerships focuses on enhancing communication and conflict resolution skills, fostering emotional and sexual intimacy, and nurturing compassion and understanding. I am inclusive of monogamous, non-monogamous, heterosexual, and LGBTQIA+ individuals and relationships. Whatever brings you here, therapy can help you cultivate self-compassion and facilitate change. My work aims to decrease shame and reactivity while increasing resiliency, mind-body awareness, and emotional insight. My approach incorporates psychodynamic, attachment, mindfulness, and relational therapy. I'm a PACT Level 1 couples therapist and a Level 1 AEDP therapist. I'm also sex therapy-informed, IFS-informed, and trauma-informed.
