I have been providing therapy to individuals, families, and couples for over 15 years helping them navigate life challenges and uncover their strengths. My therapeutic work is rooted in connection, safety, and support. I have experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, AD/HD, life transitions, relationship/marital issues, depression, family conflict, parenting concerns, and trauma. Creating a safe environment is my first priority. Therapy is about building connection in a safe space that helps you feel supported and understood. I use a person-centered approach and whether I'm working with an individual or a couple, I meet my clients where they are.
