Regardless of what brings you to therapy, I offer a safe and comfortable space where you can be your full self without fear of judgment. Being a whole and healthy person in our world can be hard, but with support in your corner it is doable, and worth the work. I know that working to make positive changes can often be met with challenges on all sides. My goal is to meet clients where they are by remaining open and compassionate to each individual’s struggles, and then walk with them towards the life they want to create.
