I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, with a Clinical Specialty Certification in Michigan. Although the bulk of my clinical experience consists of helping adults manage a variety of chronic and pervasive mental health concerns, I find that I have the greatest impact in helping clients address issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma, as well issues with relationships, identity and self-esteem, and life transitions. In private practice, it is my passion to help adults build a life that feels nourishing, meaningful, and authentic.
