I specialize in mental health care with adults. This includes anger management, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, relational issues, and job-related stress. Also, I am trauma informed and work with the progressive counting model. I have provided care in all hospitalization and traditional outpatient settings so this means I am comfortable working with individuals with more or less severe symptoms.
