Mental Health issues coupled with the pressure of everyday life can be overwhelming. You may be having trouble coping or moving forward. You do not need to do this alone and I would like to walk beside you on your journey. Therapy can be the pathway to the life you want but are having trouble visualizing and obtaining. I utilize a client-centered approach viewing each person as unique and valuable. I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional and can incorporate nutrition and other key factors that contribute to mental wellness. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Model when working with couples and families. I use multiple evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I have experience treating anxiety and depressive disorders, grief, substance use disorder, and trauma. I have experience utilizing Biblical principles with clients who desire Christian-Focused therapy.
