Hi, I’m Tiffany Mack. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, but more importantly, I’m someone who’s here to walk alongside you through life’s ups and downs. I know how overwhelming it can feel when challenges pile up, and my goal is to create a space where you can breathe, feel supported, and know you’re not alone. I believe everyone has the ability to grow and heal, and therapy is about working together to discover the tools and strengths that are already within you. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and establishing a strong foundation for our work together. I’ll ask questions to understand your current concerns, background, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process.
