I enjoy working with clients who want to work toward goals related to change and self-improvement. I work with clients who want to learn about or manage mental health symptoms, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, etc. I also enjoy supporting clients who are adjusting to life changes, adjustments, and transitions. I enjoy working with clients who are learning who they are and encouraging self-compassion in that journey. I like working with clients individually to achieve these goals as well as working with caregivers who are learning to help and support their children experiencing these stressors.
