Hello, my name is Tiffany Martinez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona. My approach to therapy is relaxed with a person-centered approach. I work mainly with children, ages 3-18 but also have truly enjoyed supporting young adults and parents of any age through life transitions. My approach truly aims to meet you where you are. I am typically utilizing narrative, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy with clients. If someone has parenting difficulties, we will engage in reflective parenting strategies as well as others.
