I work with women navigating trauma, chronic stress, and medical complexity, and I specialize in supporting military spouses impacted by cumulative stress, relocations, and caregiving demands. Many clients are high-functioning yet feel overwhelmed, reactive, shut down, or disconnected. Therapy with me is trauma-informed, structured, and paced to support regulation and real relief. I help women experiencing anxiety, trauma, nervous system overload, and identity strain related to life transitions, caregiving, or health challenges. I specialize in working with military spouses but also support women from many backgrounds who feel burned out, dismissed, or stuck in survival mode.
