Hey, I'm Tiff. Welcome to Creating Space Therapy! I love working with individual adults and teens (16yo and up) who are wanting to create more space for themselves in their world. That could look like finding new ways to rest, identifying triggers and tools to safely feel big emotions, learning to effectively communicate in relationships, exploring alignment and safety in your identity, getting your basic needs met, and so much more. Part of my work with teens includes parent/guardian education and outside resourcing for additional support.
