Current waitlist for April 2026. I work with teens, adults, and couples. As a former educator, I support adolescents navigating anxiety, identity, and self-worth. I also work with student athletes, LGBTQ+ clients, and those in faith transitions. Couples often come to reconnect, shift stuck communication patterns, and heal emotional wounds. I integrate EMDR, IFS, and mindfulness-based approaches including yoga, metta, and tantra when aligned to support insight and action, because healing happens in both reflection and doing.
