Whether you are seeking a therapist for the first time, exploring therapy again, or seeking a new therapist because your last therapist may not have been a good fit, I see you. It takes a lot of courage to explore your life more indepthly. Courage is defined as "the ability to do something that frightens one" and "strength in the face of pain or grief". Based on these definitions, I would say any one who decides to take a deeper look at themselves and/or their relationship systems is pretty courageous. Changing old patterns of behavior and belief systems (your b.s.) is not an easy task. Loving who you are is an act of bravery.
