My name is Tiffany and I have bee working with individuals for over 20 years in the field of Social Work. I have providing therapy for the majority of these years. I love being able to work with and support individuals with a verity of needs. I am trained in EMDR and find this to be a very helpful way to help people work through anxiety, trauma and getting more control over challenging thoughts and feelings. I also incorporate a strengths perspective. We have a lifetime of experiences that can help us work through todays challenges, sometimes we just needs need a little support around them.
