Many people come to therapy already carrying insight, resilience, and a desire for change, yet still feel overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or unsure where to begin. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or a major life transition and want a space where they can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what they’re holding without judgment or pressure. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and trauma-informed, grounded in evidence-based practices. Therapy with me focuses on understanding patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, and building clarity and balance.
