Do you ever feel stagnant or afraid to make decisions? Are your thoughts so clouded with anxiety and depression that it's become hard to see a path forward? If so, I can help. With over a decade of experience providing therapy in New York I have found that therapy works best with a dose of humor and curiosity. As a therapist my goal is to build a connection that is warm, nonjudgemental, and deeply attuned. I find that only then do my clients feel comfortable exploring the difficult issues (i.e. "the shit") that brought them to therapy to begin with, because a little light helps everyone be less afraid of the dark.
