If you are seeking help, I have 30+ years of pastoral and counseling experience. I seek to be a patient listener before providing guidance. I believe human struggles are often rooted in a combination of physiological, psychological, social and situational influences. I want to take all of that into consideration as I get to know you. I have completed the Gottman Method Couple's Therapy: Level 1 and 2 I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with a host of issues as well as couples who want help in their marriage. I also like to work with pastors and their spouses as they navigate the challenges of ministry. I like to use the most effective evidence-based skills to help you grow and change.
