I understand how challenging it can be to develop a trusting relationship with a new therapist. I am extremely patient with my clients and put in a great deal of effort in building a comfortable working relationship while supporting your personal growth and mental health resiliency. My practice provides a warm and friendly space for children (age 6-12), adolescents (12-17), and adults (18+) to address a wide variety of issues, ranging from depression, anxiety, and trauma to those struggling with relationship challenges and adjustment difficulties.
