I'm glad you're here. I am a certified coach and licensed therapist in the field of mental fitness and human potential. I am passionate about helping people create meaning and purpose in all spheres of their lives. My clients are high-performing individuals who may feel stuck or uncertain and know there is more out there for themselves. I help people resolve issues related to imposter syndrome, anxiety, career transitions, and interpersonal issues, as well as those seeking to build their leadership skills and find greater life satisfaction and fulfillment. My approach is highly collaborative and includes elements of leadership coaching, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavioral techniques.
