Hello, I'm Timara. I have been a person in long-term recovery since 2010, and I have found my purpose is providing a safe space for others. My approach to therapy is rooted in radical acceptance and non-judgment, offering LGBTQ+ friendly and Neurodivergent-affirming care. Some of my passions are working with people with Autism, religious/cult trauma and ADHD. I am Poly and kink/BDSM friendly and have experience with ENM. I offer a compassionate, holistic, science-based and judgement free zone for all. I believe everyone has the power within themselves to heal, grow and change so I look forwards to working with you on whatever goals you have!
