I am passionate about helping people transform their pain into peace and happiness through compassion. I support others to gain clarity and understanding of their issues and to acknowledge this as a stepping stone to growth and awakening. Assisting my patients on a journey to increased self awareness is an important part of my therapeutic process. We will work together to develop, implement and execute strategies in order to achieve empowerment and healthier self management.
