I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 25-plus years experience in the human services field and I have served individuals and families in a variety of capacities. My primary areas of focus as a therapist have been treating mood disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship/peer issues, grief issues, and general life stressors. Additionally, I have experience treating trauma and attachment issues. I believe that mental health is a key component of our overall wellness and strive for therapy to be a safe space to address the many stressors that we experience.
