I am a clinician with over fourteen years of experience working with adults and young adults. My training and experience have been focused around areas of substance abuse, trauma, grief and loss, and anxiety issues. I am licensed as a clinical social worker and an alcohol and drug counselor. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and directed by the goals of the client. I am currently accepting clients in the downtown Branford office of Elm City Counseling for early evening appointments. I am able to work with clients both in-person and through video, although I find in-person to be most useful.
