I have found that at the heart of what I do is connection: connecting with clients so that they feel seen and heard, helping children and parents reconnect when challenging behaviors and emotions get in the way, helping individuals explore and connect with parts of themselves to help them move past their struggles and thrive. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral and emotional difficulties with your child, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, trauma and chronic stress, stress management or other phase of life issues, I am here to help. As a seasoned professional counselor in Central Arkansas, I have worked with individuals from all ages and stages across the lifespan. I utilize a collaborative, relationship and strengths-based approach with my clients. I am Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Trauma Focused-CBT Trained.
