Hello, I'm Tina. Taking the step to therapy can be a scary and daunting decision, but I'm here to support you every step of the way. I will treat you with empathy and respect, creating a space where you can talk freely without fear of being judged. As an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC, fire service/EMS members, and veterans, I am committed to providing inclusive and compassionate care for all my clients. In our first session, we will talk about your history, struggles, and goals. Your session time is time you can focus on yourself. My only expectation is for you to show up. We can figure the rest out together.
