If you are struggling right now, I am so glad you are here. I have 25 years experience working with clients and their families dealing with a variety of issues that are creating difficulty in their lives and relationships. It's my hope to create a safe space for you to work toward change and heal. I have extensive training with kids, teens and their families impacted by trauma, school difficulties, anxiety, depression, and social skills. I greatly enjoy working with parents who want to learn supportive parenting strategies, women who hope for balance and calm in their lives and teens working though challenges with family and peers.
